At Okulti, we use print-on-demand to bring you high-quality, ethically sourced products while reducing waste and overproduction. Since each item is made to order, shipping works a little differently from traditional retail.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer standard worldwide shipping, with estimated delivery times as follows:

- Domestic Orders (USA): 2 to 5 business days

- International Orders: 10 to 30 business days.

How Our Shipping Works

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your shipping address.

Some orders will be fulfilled by a single provider, meaning you’ll only pay one standard shipping cost. However, some orders may include items from different providers —for example, a hoodie from one provider and a t-shirt from another. In these cases, the items will be shipped separately, resulting in higher shipping fees.

We understand that this can increase the overall cost, which is why we've lowered our retail prices to help balance it out for you.

*** We understand that shipping costs may sometimes seem high in some instances, so here's why:

Some of our products come from different print providers. For example, the Gildan 64000L women's tees and the CC1567 100% cotton hoodies are printed by separate companies. If you order one of each, they are shipped separately, which increases shipping costs.

We chose this approach because different providers excel in quality, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. In the case of the CC1567 hoodie, only one printer currently offers this product, and we love its look and feel.

To offset these costs, we've kept our prices as low as possible. The same applies to our Me Time products. We're always looking for ways to reduce costs and are monitoring print provider ratings with the goal of eventually consolidating clothing orders to a single provider, which will help lower shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

If your order is being printed by different print providers it will be shipped in multiple packages and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
