3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location:
- Domestic: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
4a. Why are shipping costs sometimes higher?
We understand that shipping costs may sometimes seem high, so here's why:
Some of our products come from different print providers. For example, the Gildan 64000L women's tees and the CC1567 100% cotton hoodies are printed by separate companies. If you order one of each, they are shipped separately, which increases shipping costs.
We chose this approach because different providers excel in quality, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. In the case of the CC1567 hoodie, only one printer currently offers this product, and we love its look and feel.
To offset these costs, we've kept our prices as low as possible. The same applies to our Me Time products. We're always looking for ways to reduce costs and are monitoring print provider ratings with the goal of eventually consolidating clothing orders to a single provider, which will help lower shipping costs.
4b. How Can I Reduce Shipping Costs?
Shipping costs are higher when products come from different print providers, as each item is shipped separately. To reduce shipping costs, try ordering products from the same provider. For example, sticking to products that come from the same print provider can help lower shipping fees.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package’s journey.
6. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us at help@okulti.com as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds
7. What is your return policy?
Since all Okulti products are made to order, we don’t accept returns for size, color, if you ordered the wrong design by mistake, or if you change your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
8. How do I request a replacement or refund?
Email help@okulti.com within 21 days of delivery with:
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the damage/defect.
We’ll work with our print-on-demand partner to resolve it quickly.
9. Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer exchanges since each item is custom-made. Please check size charts and product details before ordering.
