If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
- Please notify us within 21 days of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the defective or damaged item(s).
- We may need to work with our print-on-demand partner to verify the issue, which could result in minor delays during the resolution process.
Custom Orders and Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of our products and print-on-demand fulfillment, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design.
- Changing your mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect address, shipping information.
Please double-check all product details, including size charts and descriptions, before making your purchase. Please ensure that the correct delivery address is added.
